Art workshops to take off this month
Workshops will have local artists of all levels engaged and developing across mid-spring.

ART obsession is what October will be all about at Horsham Town Hall with workshops to satisfy a variety of art enthusiasts.
October 12 from 7pm to 9.30pm will offer Myth Making Mythical Forms Workshop with Kate Rohde and Troy Emery.
Myth Making will be a reimagining of our local landscape, classical forms and gallery aesthetics with Rohde & Emery who will present an explosion of colour and ideas and create a new body of work inspired by classical European myths.
Using aluminium wire and plaster bandage, guests can create their own three-dimensional form to build their own mythical plaster sculptures, which can then be embellished with a range of paint and craft options.

If drawing is more your craft, Town Hall’s Life Drawing Workshop on October 20 from 7pm to 9pm will give those the opportunity to try their hand with local Horsham artist Amabile Dalfarra-Smith.
The two-hour workshop will have guests explore and learn to replicate the intricate curves of the human body through charcoal sketching.
Guests of all abilities will be welcome with an experienced artist on-hand to guide you if you need a little help.
Both workshops will be for people 18-years-old and over with light refreshments included.
