Horsham man to face court over alleged fraud
A Horsham man has been charged in relation to a proposed mining project.
A Horsham man was charged with falsification of documents and will appear in the Horsham Magistrates' Court in August.
On Wednesday, July 30, Horsham Crime Investigation Unit detectives said they have charged a man following allegations that documents were fraudulently prepared and submitted as part of a proposed mining project.
Detectives executed a warrant at a residential home in Horsham on Wednesday, February 12, as part of the investigation, and a 55-year-old man was arrested.
The 55-year-old was charged with falsification of documents.
The man was summoned to appear at the Horsham Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 25, 2025.
