Greens get top billing on ballot

Greens candidate Nicole Rowan has received the critical first ballot position for the upcoming federal election.

Greens Party candidate Nicole Rowan was drawn as the first ballot position for the upcoming federal election on May 3.

Ms Rowan was drawn first during the official declaration of nominations on Friday, April 11.

Incumbent Dr Anne Webster was drawn second.

Eleventh hour candidate Adam Veith of Trumpet of Patriots, formerly the United Austrlia Party, was drawn fourth.

  8. Ashleigh Gray (Family First)

Early voting begins on Tuesday, April 22, with applications for postal voting closing on April 30.

Election day is Saturday, May 3.
