Getting ready for Christmas

With the return of community carols at the Oasis last year, once again the combined churches of Rainbow are hosting “Carols at the Oasis” in 2025.

With music from Wayne Nitschke, community carols, and various people participating in different ways, it is truly a family night.

With a live Nativity, families and others are invited to once again come and be a part of that and take on roles of those involved in the First Christmas.

Once again, the Lions will host a Sausage sizzle and drinks available can be bought from the Scouts; there is an opportunity to support local groups as well as enjoy a good night out.

Carols at the Oasis will be held on Sunday, December 14, at the Oasis in King Street, Rainbow.

Food and drink available from 6-7pm, with Carols starting at 7.30pm.

Those attending are invited to bring a chair for outdoors, and if the weather proves to be challenging, the evening’s gathering will move indoors.

Organisers are looking forward to the community’s support for this special event.
